Let’s Move Fitness was built around the concept that fitness should be a fun and accepting environment for everyone and coupled with a massive passion for group exercise, Lisa (owner and lead trainer) wanted to bring you sessions that not only improve your physical fitness level but your mental health and well-being aswell and firmly believes that healthy minds help to work toward creating healthy bodies.
We have a selection of Cardio and resistance classes as well as branded classes such as Clubbercise and Poundfit, our livestream and on demand portal is also available for those that struggle to make weekly classes regularly.
