Head Chef Fraser Cameron and our Wine Expert Chitra have spent weeks perfecting a "Symphony of Flavour." It’s an afternoon of pure indulgence: think sharp, artisan cheeses meet the golden sweetness of local Comlongon honey, all brought to life by a perfectly-paired selection of incredible wines.

This is a new addition to our usual roster of rides. We'll go out on the Caledonian Path then head to Tinwald and across to Torthorwald. Then on to Collin and a well earned stop at Drummuir ice cream parlour.
