DPAG AGM

As 2026 begins we hope DPAG members can join us to reflect on the achievements of the last year which include: -

• Completion and registration of the new Local Place Plan for Dumfries in collaboration with Loreburn Community Council.
• An even bigger, better Christmas Lights and Lights of Hope Big Switch-On.
• More progress with the Safer Streets accessibility programme.
• Closer working with our key partners including Dumfries & Galloway Council, the Chamber of Commerce and Dumfries Town Board.
• Upgrading and re-introduction of the “Love Dumfries” Directory for the town.
• Pursuing new sources of funding to help take forward the DPAG agenda as outlined in the Local Place Plan.

There’s much to discuss in what will be a significant year for Dumfries and we look forward to seeing as many members as possible on the 4th of February.
