Your Evening, Course by Course

Your celebration begins the moment you step through the door at 6:30pm. Shake off the December chill with a handcrafted welcome cocktail, accompanied by delicate chef’s canapés and an amuse-bouche to awaken the palate.

At 7:00pm, settle in for the main event: an exclusive six-course Hogmanay tasting menu. Designed specifically for the occasion by Head Chef Fraser Cameron and his team, this menu elevates peak-season Scottish produce into something truly spectacular, before your culinary journey wraps up with handcrafted petit fours.

The Soundtrack to the Bells

A great Hogmanay needs great music. Throughout the evening, you’ll be serenaded by the warm, captivating live acoustic sounds of Tess Harper, an alumna of the prestigious Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.

As midnight approaches, we’ll charge our glasses with chilled fizz and gather for the stirring sound of traditional Scottish pipes from Callum Watson, piping in 2027 in unforgettable style.
