About This Event
The creative spaces cohort are taking over Midsteeple Quarter’s (MSQ) front room, the standard, at 139 High Street. Join us for four days of workshops, games, music, performance, and creative experiments.
We’re starting our takeover off with something nice and casual. Come and drop in to see what we’ve got planned for the week and get to know the spacers. We’ll also be running a learn to repair session.
If you’ve got a piece of clothing or a textile piece that needs a bit of repair, bring it in and spacer Lili will be able to help give you some tips and an introduction to techniques equipment to get you started.
Whether you are an experienced repairer or it’s your first time, join in, have a chat about repair culture, and sustainability whilst prolonging the life of your favourite piece.
Anyone who feels comfortable to share their repairing skills is welcome to come along and do so!
