Cornerstone Café

The bright, welcoming and friendly Cornerstone Café is open Monday – Friday from 10am-4pm. Breakfast rolls are served all day, as well as light lunches of soup, sandwiches, paninis and daily specials. Fresh scones and home baking are available each day. The café serves Matthew Algie Fairtrade coffee and a fabulous range of Shibui teas. A children’s menu and takeaway is also available.

The café seats around 40 people with additional informal seating in the Avenue area. Toilets and a baby change room are nearby, as well as a ‘Changing Places’ toilet facility. There is a lovely outside terrace and picnic tables to enjoy an 'al fresco' lunch too. The pre-school play area is currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Cornerstone Café is situated within the spacious Dumfries Baptist Church Centre and has parking for up to 100 vehicles.

Booking is not usually required, but you can reserve a table for afternoon tea or lunch and order takeaway by phoning 01387 268926.
