Crichton Foundation is a Scottish Charitable Guarantee Company. The Foundation has a justly-deserved privileged status due to its work as a charitable trust in raising substantial investment funding for the Crichton Campus. The Foundation encourages local people, businesses and organisations to take an active interest in the Crichton and help to achieve its charitable aims and objectives: Creating a centre of academic excellence and enterprise in the South of Scotland Increasing access to Higher Education Providing awards to students Encouraging collaborative development between academic institutions Raising and contributing funds for facilities on the Campus Increasing awareness of the value of the Campus to the local economy.
