Dumfries and Galloway Mental Health Association is a registered charity, formed in 1988 by people living in Dumfries and Galloway with mental health conditions, their carers and families, with the aim of enabling people with mental health conditions to lead a purposeful and fulfilling life. DGMHA offer support with social outings, life skills, medication, meals, personal care, and many other aspects of your day to day life. Helping you to feel a part of your community and included is important to us.
