Dumfries Bike Shed
We are a small not for profit group providing second hand bikes in Dumfries. Seeing bikes being used and people using bikes makes us happy! We take unused bikes, repair them and sell them at an affordable price to people needing a practical, every day bike. Some of the more specialist or vintage bikes we’ll sell at a higher price to help fund our low cost bikes.
We hold ad hoc open days throughout the year and you are also welcome to browse our online shop. If you buy a bike via the website, and you can’t make our open days, we’ll get in touch to arrange a time for you to come and collect it.

As well as selling to individuals we use funding to work with local organisations providing bikes and equipment to groups with specific needs.
