Queen of the South Football Club Ltd

Queen of the South Football Club, affectionately known as the Doonhamers, is Dumfries's professional football club, formed in 1919 and playing at the historic Palmerston Park on Terregles Street. The club competes in Scottish League One and has a passionate local following, with a stadium capacity of over 8,600. Queens reached the Scottish Cup Final in 2008 and have a proud tradition of developing talent in south-west Scotland. Match days at Palmerston are a fantastic way to experience the sporting heart of Dumfries.
