Yoga with Moira
I am a Yoga Scotland certified Hatha yoga teacher and am qualified, via the British Wheel of Yoga, to teach pre-and post natal yoga. I am also an Ayurveda Therapist, trained in both the UK and India, offering one-to-one consultations, therapies, classes, and workshops a on how to use the sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda to promote health and wellbeing. I am happy to discuss how diet, lifestyle, herbology and manual treatments can help in disease prevention and also be applied in the early stages of many common diseases, both physical and emotional.
