Young at Heart is a social group for the over 50s, formed at Summerhill Community Centre in February 2012 and now more than 100 members strong. Music and dancing, guest speakers, bingo and games, every Monday from 2pm to 4pm. Everyone is made very welcome — come along one Monday, or call the centre on 01387 247344.

Pop-in and help recycle donated bikes. Once bikes are assessed they are either repaired or stripped down for parts and scrap metal. Monday night sessions give you the opportunity to either take on a repair project or help keep the workshop stocked with useable spare parts. Either way you'll be giving new life to old bikes or reducing the amount of just that goes to waste.
